J OB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
HCM (Human Capital Management) Operations and Risk Management is responsible for designing and managing the firm’s core employee data systems and manage risks for HCM division. HCM Operations is a dynamic team with broad responsibilities and interaction with numerous teams around the globe. We implement leading edge HCM technologies to optimize process and operational efficiency, ensuring that all HCM data is compliant with internal and external requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the full breath of HCM activities. The HCM Operations team is a global team with ground presence in Bengaluru, New York, Warsaw, Hongkong and expanding to Hyderabad now.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
Responsibility for supporting HCM Operational processes and ensuring data integrity for the EMEA region
Maintains a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms in each system; works with technology partners and HRO vendors to investigate issues & queries, assess impacts and formulate and propose solutions as required
Maintains a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms in each system; works with technology partners and HRO vendors to investigate issues & queries, assess impacts and formulate and propose solutions as required
Provide support to HCM teams located in EMEA on systems and data issues and assist on projects with systems impacts such as onboarding and off boarding of summer interns, ventures related activity (i.e. acquisitions) and regulatory related change requirements
Owns ongoing local review of standard operating procedures for recurring activities such as table updates, mass changes and data audits. Owns and updates related documentation, and champions strong documentation practices
Works with Global team members to provide advice / guidance to clients and stakeholders external to HCM (i.e. Payroll, Compliance)
Work with EMEA based Business Coverage counterparts to continuously review cross regional processes and identify opportunities for consolidation / streamlining, with aim of developing a more comprehensive global support model where feasible
Key contact for managing issues and escalations related to HCM Operational procedures across the region including postings on Root Cause Analysis, initiation of Risk Tickets etc.
Point of contact for managing be-spoke EV letters and Employee Exit Process Management for the region
Manage/ support Global Time and Attendance Operations including Vacation and Required Absence policies, processes and system enhancements to meet regulatory demands
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Statistics/Human Resources
Experience in an operational / risk management role, ideally within HR Education/Background
COMPETENCIES
Strong HR operations / HR technology experience – ideally including experience of change management in this area, e.g. out-sourcing, in-sourcing of significant HR delivery solutions
Strong project management, organizational and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to gain consensus and work collaboratively Good teamwork/people management/client focus
Clear innovation/creativity/problem solving skills
Experience in managing vendors
