Solution Tree, Inc. Marketing Assistant in Bloomington, Indiana

The role of the Marketing Assistant is to support the many prongs of the Marketing Department's work, including tasks, and activities to assist with marketing program management and marketing operations management.

Primary duties include:

Marketing Program Support

  • Manage the insertion order tracking tool (insertion orders in and invoices in)

  • Route invoices for approval and monitoring approvals

  • Prepare expense reports for ad spend across multiple marketing channels

  • Route new leads to sales team members in a timely manner


  • Schedule meetings, and meeting summaries derived from careful notetaking outlining conversations, action items, deadlines, and deliverables

  • Support marketing team in organizing projects and campaigns through an enterprise-grade workflow and traffic tool

  • Support list hygiene and deliverability through opt-out management and general email inbox hygiene

    Trade Show and On-Site Marketing Support

  • Assist in the organizing of trade shows and other marketing and selling events

  • Assist in the assembly of onsite and tradeshow marketing collateral

  • Organize and maintain collateral inventory in the online distribution system and in warehousing

  • Organize and maintain onsite marketing materials and tradeshow booth furnishings

  • Assist in coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments of marketing materials for use onsite for registration events

    Model School Recognition Program Support

  • Maintain weekly status report of Model School applicants, feedback, and approvals

  • Coordinate mailings of Model School awards and materials
