Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to design and develop highly professional and engaging communication/training products according to the project scope. * Create web/print graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets, templates and layouts for use in projects, product development/implementation and maintenance support. * Create and modify web content using standard web languages. * Translate sitemaps, wireframes and other architectural documents, based on firm understanding of UI and navigation planning. Required Qualifications: * Experience using Adobe CC Flash/Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. * Experience using internet related technologies such as HTML5, CSS, XML, ActionScript, JavaScript or other scripting languages * Experience working with e-learning authoring tools such as Trivantis Lectora, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Presenter and Captivate. * Demonstrates ability to effectively and efficiently apply visual design and usability principles to develop instructional media * Expertise in a particular area of digital media (video, audio, visual design, UI standards, programming, new technologies, etc.) Education: Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent Experience: 2 Years Required Travel: 25% GP Strategies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
