Quality Change SpecialistPosting Date 21 hours ago (11/28/2018 8:47 PM)Requisition ID 2018-5706 Job Location(s) Bloomington IN United States Position Type Full Time Company Cook Medical Holdings Category QualityOverviewThe Quality Change Specialist position is responsible for facilitating and monitoring the CMMS Document Management and Change Control process, from change proposal through release of documentation.ResponsibilitiesServe as intake and prescreening point for all change proposalsWork with process owners and/or change requestors as needed to help them correctly navigate the change control processSchedule and facilitate weekly Change Oversight Team (COT) meetings; ensure that all COT meeting requirements are metGenerate and publish COT meeting agendas and minutesReview and monitor change objects in PLM for compliance with CMMS requirementsManage and track changes through the PLM routing workflows until the documents are published and releasedManage PLM permissionsServe as PLM subject matter expert;Develop and maintain a broad understanding of Cook Medical structure; roles and responsibilities; and interactionsLiaise with change specialists and/or change analysts embedded in the divisions and operational units to ensure consistency of approach and adequacy of procedural controlsMust work and interact effectively and professionally with and for othersthroughout various levels of the global organizationMust strictly adhere to safety requirementsMaintain regular and punctual attendanceMust maintain company quality and quantity standardsMust have effective oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving skills and ability to work in collaborative andindependent work situations and environments with minimal supervisionAbility to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situationsQualificationsBS in Science, Engineering or technical field5 yrs experience in document control preferredMinimum 3 yrs experience facilitating and coordinating projects preferredKnowledge of medical device regulations, including pertinent standardsand guidancesProficiency in the Microsoft Office, MS Project and SharePointMust have worked with a change management process in the pastPhysical Requirements:Sitting for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working withcomputers, equipment, etc.Works under general office environmental conditionsRequires close visual acuity when working with computers, etc.Requires occasional early morning or late evening teleconferencesThe employee is occasionally required to stand for extended periodsThe employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel or crouchOptionsApply for this job online ApplyShareShare the job posting with a friend ReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
