Position Summary

Sr Process Calibration Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 1st shift

A process calibration coordinator’s primary duty is to support the administrative operations in the functional area, including data collection and metric reporting system and act as a liaison between key cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include collecting and/or entering departmental data regarding the performance of people, processes, and equipment, organizing and/or creating visual representations (spreadsheets, reports, slide shows, etc.) of data – for multiple audiences, completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, making adjustments to plans, assisting with ordering, receiving, and logistics coordination of supplies needed to support department functions, improving quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; implementing changes and managing visual communications/controls for production and gathering areas.

The Role

  • Communicates cross-functionally to set & adjust as needed field service activities

  • Tracks and communicates updates on portable asset service to ensure on-time delivery

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Supports administrative documentation review to support work order reviews

  • Expands skills in own work area within an analytical/scientific method or operational process

  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and/or certifications, as needed

  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

  • Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within our area of expertise

  • Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods

  • Works with a moderate degree of supervision

The Candidate

  • High School/GED required

  • Associates preferred

  • Technical Certificate or higher preferred

  • 5-8 years of experience

  • 1 year GMP experience

  • Must be able to work in a clean room manufacturing environment which includes gowning and respirator requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 45lbs

  • Must be able to climb ladders. Use approved fall prevention devices when performing elevated tasks as required.

  • Must be capable of wearing steel-toed safety shoes

  • Must be able to transport tools, carts, and required items to and from required service areas

  • On occasion, must be able to attain and sustain postures required to work in an industrial setting including:

  • Kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, & other static positions required to perform maintenance task

  • Overhead reach, pushing, pulling, and hand tool use

  • Compound tasks including sustained postures including overhead reach with tool use

  • Will require occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, snow)
