Global Data Analyst:

The Global Data Analyst plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of Allegion’s Global Integrated Supply Chain group. As a member of the Digital Supply Chain Solutions team, your focus will be ensuring data accuracy and integrity, developing and publishing reports, and managing and maintaining business systems. In this role, you will collaborate across the enterprise, improve data processes and ensure timely responses to business needs

What You Will Do:

  • Own the supplier data management lifecycle in support of the procurement process

  • Create, update and manage global supplier master data across multiple ERP systems

  • Lead the monthly analysis and reporting of material productivity and inflation data

  • Partner with global, regional and local team members and leaders to support data, reporting and audit needs

  • Preparation of data files and reports for weekly and monthly performance reporting

  • Visualization of data using Power BI to facilitate analysis and decision making by users

  • Coordinate and maintain internal and external business applications, systems and sites

  • Provide timely and accurate data and reports to support supplier, plant and corporate requests

  • Support centralizing, automating and improving data acquisition and reporting processes

What You Will Need to Succeed (Job Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, IT, Operations, Finance or related analytical field

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or a data administration role

  • Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft applications, data structure, and systems management (especially ERP systems, Power BI, and SharePoint)

  • Capable of assimilating and presenting data in a useful format with data visualization

  • Attention to detail with a bias for execution and improvement

  • Enjoys spending time in the details and data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral / written communication

  • Customer centric approach to requests and fulfillment

  • Collaborative and open approach with an eagerness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and balance workload

  • Capable of adjusting to changing priorities
