The Prepper is responsible to ensure medical documents are prepared according to job and client specifications.


  • Prepare documents according to job instructions per each client's specifications

  • Prep documents through a means which may include alphabetizing, putting documents in numerical order and/or date order, removing staples, mounting photos, cutting and taping, etc.

  • Ability to identify different document types in order to understand and perform the process of target insertion

  • Follow instructions and communicate with supervisors or trainers when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines

  • Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements

  • Ability to perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis

  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Position Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong memorization skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • 1-2 years document prep experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate preferred

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays


  • Driven to meet internal deadlines set

  • Maintains levels of productivity and quality based on department standards.

  • Resolve problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems

  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.

  • Adheres to quality assurance standards and processes to ensure the highest quality product


  • Implement and act in accordance with the company’s information security policies

  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference

  • Execute particular security processes and activities

  • Ensure responsibility is assigned to individual(s) for actions taken

  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the company
