Apps Associates LLC Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead in Columbia City, Indiana

ResponsibilitiesProviding functional consulting services through the entire systems development lifecycleIdentifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionalityIdentifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for themAdvising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systemsConfiguring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirementsDeveloping an understanding of a clients current state process and developing future state recommendationsDeveloping end-user documentation and training materialsDelivering end-user trainingEffectively communicating and driving project deliverablesCompleting tasks efficiently and in a timely mannerProviding status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basisRecommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plansGathering and analyzing business requirementsParticipation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of workRequired Experience and SkillsQualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degreeExperience in Oracle ERP Financials with a minimum of2 to 3 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion Financials).Experience with implementing accounting functions in Oracle ERP, such as GL, AP, AR and Cash ManagementRequired to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience withOracle Cloud Financials modulesAbility to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.Experience withexecuting implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparingfunctional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing andtrainingExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsCertifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials GL, AP, AR is a huge plusExperience with financial planning and reporting processes preferredExperience with Project Accounting and/or Procurement is a huge plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhy Apps?Apps Associates has a culture of extreme expertise built on trust and collaborationwhile ensuring competency and excellencewhich helps us build long term partnerships with our clients.
