Skills and ExperienceDomain Experience:Oracle HCM (Core HR, OAB, Payroll, Compensation)Primary Skills:10+ Years of Functional experience in HCM Modules with at least 4-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.Secondary Skills : Strong business communication and consulting skills. Should be capable of talking to customers and High Profile Business Users.Job Description:Strong Functional Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM, specifically Global HR, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Performance. Experience withOracle Taleo is a plus.Preferred experience with Implementing / Supporting Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits and Compensation in HCM CloudAdvise clients on the best practices around HCM Cloud Applications and TechnologiesHelp clients with Oracle Cloud upgrades and roadmapsManage developers, customer resources, partners and offshore teams as applicableShould have experience working with HDL, HSDL, PBL, Fast FormulasCertifications in Oracle HCM Cloud is a huge plusShould be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade experiences.Knowledge on Coding and Documentation Standards and good exposure to AIM Methodology of Execution.Should have at least 5 years of Work Experience in HR Technical domain.Should be able to handle and support the teams.Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.Why Apps?Apps Associates has a culture of extreme expertise built on trust and collaborationwhile ensuring competency and excellencewhich helps us build long term partnerships with our clients.
