Kelly Services is seeking a Service Delivery Operations Support candidate with ARRIBA experience and proficiency in Office 365. This team focuses on supplier payments and contracts, supplier total spend analysis, top supplier efficiency improvements. Team also manages CBS IT stakeholder IT relationship management through partnership with our Business Unit (BU) IT stakeholders. They are also responsible for IT function delivery to CBS overall customer support excellence initiatives for one of our top clients Columbus, IN.
Length: 11/09/2020 to 12/31/2020 (Contract W2)- (Possibility to extend)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. (W2)
Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Interview process: 1 round
Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
Using Ariba, managing multiple IT suppliers and Vendors purchases end-to-end.
Managing KPI's and performance management to effectively manage service quality with Service owners, Service Reviews etc.
Generating and implementing ideas to drive improvement and innovation, in collaboration with our suppliers to benefit the organization.
Delivering solutions that optimize processes across multiple functions and technology capabilities with measurable business value.
Ability to define processes; organize and manage process automation and enabling technology projects across multiple teams to successful completion.
Bachelors’ Degree - disciplines in IT related fields are preferred. If a candidate does not have a degree, they certainly need to have relevant working experience in their background.
2 years’ related experience. College graduates with a related IT degree would be ok to consider.
Manager is seeking candidates with experience in the following:
Service asset and configuration management
Request fulfillment – services request fulfillment
Service level management
Proficiency with Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Skype) is required.
Previous experience in software development, infrastructure management and cloud-based solutions is preferred.
