JOB DESCRIPTION :
Ensures the efforts of the deployment project managers,infrastructure management and systems management and engineering teams.
Stay apprised of all inter and intra organizational projects andissues in EUE.
Ensure internal processes and procedures are documented andupdated.
Ensure that all OLAs for all relevant processes are created andmaintained.
Responsible for telephone port allocations.
Conduct system and network analysis and performance testing toensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
Identify and troubleshoot hardwareand software technical problems and work with R&D team for solutions.
Provide interface to customer on high-level issues orrequests.
Oversee day-to-day resolution of system problems and root causeanalysis and provide corrective actions.
Createautomated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.Ensures the Change Management Process is being followed.
Identify performance bottlenecks,work cohesively within Engineering and DevOps teams to resolve issues.
Collaborate with LAN/WAN organizations on current and futurenetwork configurations, routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, tunneling andsecurity protocols.
Ability to analyze system logs, performance issues and provide recommendations onimprovements for QoS.
Perform systemanalysis on a wide range of network technologies including 3G, LTE,LTE-Advanced and proprietary systems.
Provide designrecommendations based on technology standards and equipment specificationsespecially antennas.
Ensures system backups and preventative maintenance occur on ascheduled basis.
Providedetailed link budget analysis of 2G, 3G, and 4G systems.

RequiredExperience and Clearance :
Bachelors and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and seven(7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
Must be able to obtain a Full DOD Secret Security Clearance.
Candidate must be a US Citizen.
Desired Experience :
10+ years' experience in the design, implementation andoperation of Mobility services such as; 2G, 3G, 4G, GSM, GPRS,UMTS, HSPA, LTE,CDMA, etc.
Highly developedunderstanding of RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineeringtools, and antenna theory.
Knowledge ofprofessional software engineering practices & best practices for the fullsoftware development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews,source control management, continuous integration, defect management, buildprocesses & testing.
Experience in 3G or 4Gcore network elements.
Experience in RFperformance analysis and troubleshooting RF issues.
Experience in LTEprotocols.
Demonstrated positive,energetic and self-confident attitude.
Must be proactive andhave the ability to come up with short and long-term requirements on tools sideto meet product requirements.
Ability to quickly adaptand work with internal tools for validation of product performance andscaling.
Understanding of integrity/encryption protocols
Proven track record ofproducing architectural designs, technical leadership and mentoring
Experience of workingwith large scale call models, debugging complex problems by closely workingwith cross-functional development and tools team.
Hands on experience withinstalling and troubleshooting wireless network technologies
Advanced knowledge ofGSM/UMTS/LTE platforms and product lines and their 3GPP specifications.
Expert knowledge invarious protocols for interoperability, performance evaluation andtroubleshooting the issues
Experiencewith Performance monitoring tools in a virtualized environment.
