Robert Half International PC Technician in CRAWFORDSVILLE, Indiana
Your responsibilities in this role - Interface with ticket submitters regularly and effectively - Track equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases - Provide support for functionality testing and end users - Document all daily data communication transactions, issues and solutions or installations - Handle disassembly, boxing, movement and setup/installation on site - Manage and execute technology implementation projects - Handle data transfers from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware along with break/fix - Image and set up new computers - Coordinate with the appropriate vendors to arrange repairs - Install, troubleshoot and repair printers - Follow company quality standards to ensure the integrity of all electronic data records - Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and refurbish PCs, laptops, monitors, server, and other computer hardware - Disassemble, box and ship equipment that is out of date If interested feel free to contact Robert Half Recruiting Manager Kyle Brady at 317-687-3275 or email at Kyle.Brady@RHT.com

Requirements: - Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request - Familiar with network design and implementation strategies - A CompTIA A+ certification is a requisite for the position - 2+ years of experience supporting PC and Mac hardware and software, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office - Comprehensive knowledge of PC desktop/workstations - Experience with routers - Printers experience - Foundational knowledge in switches - Well-founded grasp of hardware software installation - General familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 - Expertise in PC skills - Proven knowledge of Active Directory
