The LCI Project Management Office is hiring an IT Project manager to oversee project execution within Information Technology Integrations program supporting M&A transformation projects. This position is supporting a dynamic and growing team of IT professionals within agile teams. This position will help ensure successful execution on our most critical technology initiatives. The Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. Work will be fast paced and will involve coordinating with technical teams, business teams, and senior leadership across the organization. The right candidate is someone who thrives at creating process and organization, but still appreciates the need for flexible and fast execution.

Essential Functions

  • Program/Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead project planning. Prepare charters and other planning documents as needed. Help gather and organize requirements. Build and update project plans.

  • Track and report project status in best possible tool, either using formal enterprise tools (e.g. Service Now), or ad-hoc tools (excel) to obtain the best outcome for the project and team members.

  • Coordinate with formal and informal project managers/coordinators on active projects. Develop procedures for reporting project status as needed.

  • Hold stakeholders accountable and provide executive visibility into project status. Prepare executive-level status reports and other communications.

  • Develop formal processes, playbooks, templates, and other artifacts as needed.

  • Program/Project Intake. Oversee the process for initiating new projects and approving/planning project scope.

  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.

  • Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Candidate needs to be excellent communicator, and produce professional-grade communications, both written and verbal.

  • Candidate is passionate about all things LCI!

  • This position will need to be able to facilitate work between all parts of the business. Does not need to be an expert in any one area, but needs to be comfortable in meetings with operations, sales, finance, IT, marketing, etc.

  • Candidate is a self-starter, able to identify process gaps and make improvements. Able to operate in an unstructured environment.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands:

This position is lightly active and requires 10% standing and walking. The employee may have to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly talk and listen. This position requires typing and sitting in a chair for up to 8 hours a day.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Occasional travel will be required up to 25%

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology project execution or project management.

  • Experience with program or portfolio management. Candidate should have led or supported multiple projects and is familiar with Portfolio/Program/Project structures.

  • Familiarity with IT Operations and security technology related projects. Experience could be with hardware or software technologies, but candidate should have general understanding of business technology and the interaction between technology and processes.

  • Experience using modern productivity and collaboration software, and ability to learn new applications and processes quickly.

  • Examples of relevant project management applications include Microsoft Project or Project Server, Atlassian Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow, Trello.

  • Other relevant applications/tools include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

  • Experience with project management and different project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) preferred.

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc) will be a bonus, but not required.

  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings and working sessions, especially remotely. Experience working with global teams is preferred.

  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions.
