The Web Administrator will encompass gathering requested changes for all websites, documenting processes, writing user stories, performing user acceptance testing, and communicating regularly with project team and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will also function as an administrator in our various web and ecommerce applications with the task of supporting users in our Contact Center, Order Entry, Marketing, and Aftermarket eCommerce teams.
This is role that will collaborate with developers and business users across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Point of contact for Store Administration and Troubleshooting Supports the configuration and triage of issues related to Product Sync, Customer Sync, and/or Order Sync issues Owns configuration and changes in our ecommerce platform as well as supporting cloud applications to support changing business objectives (shipping logic, inventory, product feeds, etc)
Tier 2 Support for open tickets related to store issues from our internal team members
Project Management for current and future development tasks and projects
Managing the scheduling of development tasks as well as the release of deliverables from both internal and outsource development teams.
Works with Development Manager, Ecommerce Manager, and Developers to define and prioritize bug fixes, updates, and feature work requested by business stakeholders, users, and customers.
Develop Training and Process documentation
Research platforms that may need to be implemented to solve specific business problems.
Manages ShipperHQ (Creating/Updating Configurations to meet the demand of changing logistics and operational requirements)
Manages Magento (Primary administrator for users, managing roles and permissions, support for all end user and consumer functions of the application)
Manages marketing and promotional content including coupon and blog page creation.
Primarily working indoors, office environment.
May sit for several hours at a time.
Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
Travel will be minimal. Occasional travel to other Lippert locations may be required. .
Preferred Education and Experience:
Knowledge of Magento
Agile project management
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
Skills in IT and development would be ideal for this role
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and agile project management experience, and will always have the customer experience at the forefront of their mind.
