PURPOSE:

Join us in an internship assignment within our Marketing Group. Our mission is to foster an environment of learning and application. Our commitment is to provide you with a real-life, meaningful experience where you will manage projects from start to finish, network with cross-functional teams, and give a final presentation to showcase your excellent work. We strive to challenge you and reward you for good work.

As a Berry Global Brand Marketing Intern, you will gain hands on experience working on a variety of projects assisting our teams in solving complex business challenges. You will also collaborate with the marketing team in many areas of project development and management. Your contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. Additionally, you will be assigned a summer internship project to start, finish and use as your final presentation to the leadership team at Berry Global. A Marketing Manager will supervise the project to assist with feedback and guidance .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect data for market and segment analysis

  • Perform research on competition

  • Support the marketing team in daily tasks

  • Assist in promotional activities

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Help distribute marketing materials

  • Help organize marketing events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preference given to Junior and Senior class standing in an accredited Baccalaureate or Master's degree program with a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher

  • Participation in school or extracurricular activities and experience in leadership roles

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Problem-solving skills, assertiveness and strong initiative

  • Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learning
