Flanders Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager in Evansville, Indiana
Primary Purpose: Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system utilized by all divisions within the company.
Essential Functions:
Manager
Manage the ERP system for the organization, both current & legacy systems into full company transition including administration, support, and projects.
Direct all activities as it relates to the usage of the company ERP system and implementation at future sites.
Troubleshoot ERP related issues. Make timely and informed decisions on technical or process issues.
Recommend changes to infrastructure consistent with achieving business objectives.
Partner with finance, accounting and operations teams with data requests, report builds, etc. to drive business results.
Lead upgrade projects to support ERP functionality.
Promote teamwork by fostering partnerships with key departments.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience:
Five years of experience with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems.
Three years of project management experience.
Other:
Demonstrated successful project management experience across a variety of project types (IT, MRP/ERP, business process improvement).
