Join us in an IMS Business Analyst Internship assignment. Our mission is to foster an environment of learning and application. As a Berry Global Intern, you will gain hands on experience working on a variety of projects assisting our teams in solving complex business challenges.

This internship will support the IMS Business Analyst and/or Technical Team in one or more of the following areas.

  • Modernizing communication tools – social media, collaboration and email platform

  • Digital Enterprise Transformation with focus on machine reliability in manufacturing

  • Expanding Business Intelligence and Analytics through the use of Cognos and Tableau

  • Implementing business process automation alongside business process owners


  • Work closely with the IMS Business Analysts and Technical Team to drive value-driven solutions

  • Define, Configure, Test and Deploy enhancements

  • Provide documentation of procedures and processes

  • Provide database maintenance and validation during implementations

  • Provide overall application support

  • Assist in development of end user training material


  • Pursuing a Graduate or Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration

  • Areas of study include Database Concepts and/or Enterprise Resource Planning

  • Highly proficient in Excel

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

  • Interest in growing knowledge in business processes and project management

  • Required skills in organization, communication, and customer satisfaction

  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.5 required
