  • Monitor for security vulnerabilities and work toward remediation of risks

  • Monitor and maintain endpoint detection and response environment

  • Managing and maintaining security assets via SIEM tool

  • Monitor and develop IT security incident response procedures

  • Develop and lead IT security related projects

  • Monitor and maintain software patching processes

  • Monitor for security vulnerabilities on IT related assets

  • Create and maintain security policies and documentation as it relates to information technology

  • Develop and maintain corporate IT security training

  • Assisting in researching and evaluating IT systems and procedures for the prevention, detection, containment, and correction of information security breaches

  • Provide 24x7 on call support for critical IT security response

  • Other duties as required as it relates to IT security management and risk assessment


  • 5+ years of technical experience

  • Strong working knowledge of vulnerability software

  • Knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions

  • Strong understanding of Windows servers and Microsoft Active Directory

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP

  • Advanced industry recognized training (Microsoft coursework, Network Concepts, eCouncil, CompTIA Security+)

  • Working knowledge of patch management and software deployment systems.

  • Working knowledge of SIEM solutions
