  • Assist in development and implementation of electrical engineering preventive maintenance programs.

  • Assist in establishing guidelines related to plant electrical systems to ensure proper maintenance and safety standards are met.

  • Assist in data collection, development of metrics, and reporting as it relates to electrical safety, electrical maintenance programs, utility usage, and cost savings.

  • Assist in the continued development of Corporate Electrical Safety Program and Arc Flash Program.

  • Assist in communication and organization of the Engineering Services project log, cost savings documentation, and travel log.

  • Work with key vendors to develop corporate programs to both improve operations and reduce equipment/service costs.

  • Evaluate and identify projects related to energy efficiency and other cost reduction opportunities.

  • Support plant personnel and engineering in managing capital projects.

  • Drive cost reductions specific to site operations as identified by engineering and leadership teams.

  • Evaluate plants when on site to ensure safe and efficient operations.

  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical infrastructure system issues.

  • Evaluate plant electrical systems and capacity.

  • Create layout options and make recommendations for equipment moves and new equipment installations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.

  • Leadership qualities to facilitate teamwork and drive results with all levels of the organization.
