  • Bid support in completing non pricing sections of RFPs

  • Handle entry and document requests for all aspects related to customer specific online bids/quote requests.

  • Maintain RFP response Database for EMD.

  • Runs Cognos reports for territory managers

  • Reports to TMs on Actual to Bonus tracking

  • Coordination of reports to brokers/outside business reps

  • New Hire 12-18 month training windows (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3)

  • Continuing Education / Leadership Development / Quarterly Sales training Town Halls

  • Assist with creation of sales literature, slide presentations, product line website on

  • Product Line Sales Maps and Org Charts

  • Assist with maintenance of internal Sales Libraries

  • Work with technical team to keep Technical Data Sheets current

  • Provides oversight for consistent messaging across above sales platforms

  • Tracks sales expense reports and provides summaries for senior leadership

  • Monitor and assist with Customer Deductions and Credit Memos for strategic accounts to prevent falling thru the cracks.

  • Prepping sales budgets for territories, sales assignments in JDE

  • Account and item cleaning in JDE

  • Special short term projects as needed. Coordinate special project timelines and communications with both internal and external resources.


  • 3-5 years of analytical experience

  • 3 years of consistent experience in Microsoft Office Software Applications

  • Relevant, transferable skills developed in a business setting

  • Ability to guide and direct courses of action at all levels of sales and management

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing processes and people

  • Bachelors degree in business related field preferred (or subsequent business experience)

  • Marketing or graphics skills / Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw experience a plus
