Kelly Services Customer Processing Specialist in Fishers, Indiana

Kelly Services is currently hiring for a Customer Processing Specialist for Stanley Black and Decker in Fishers, IN. This is a temporary position lasting 2-3 months and is 100% Remote work.

Summary

Processes customer requests for account termination of both residential and commercial accounts ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review Contracts to determine contractual obligations including balance of contract due to early termination and communicates those obligations to customer.

  • Review account history in order to confirm monitoring status.

  • Process customer request for cancellation ensuring the termination of billing and monitoring across all Stanley systems.

  • Assist customers via phone or email with account questions regarding a variety of topics concerning account management

Qualifications

Required

  • Superior Customer Service Skills, building and maintaining positive business relationships

  • Clear and concise communications, both verbal and written, excellent follow-up and documentation skills

  • Problem solving skills, relying on experience and judgment to analyze customer data, plan actions and accomplish goals in a timely fashion.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Display proficiency in the use of the entire MS-Office Suite of products, and, at a minimum, be able to perform the following: Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • STANLEY CSS eServices – possess the ability to master the operation of the STANLEY CSS proprietary software, coupled with the desire to teach and train the customer on the use of these essential on-line services.

  • SBN – ability to master the STANLEY CSS I/T platform from IBS.

  • Be a positive representative of the company to our customers.

  • Provide information and assistance via telephone or through e-mail to current and potential customers

  • Return all customers inquires in a timely manner, striving for one-call resolution with little to no transfers.

  • Provide customer solutions balanced with sound business decisions that benefit the customer and CSS

  • Ensure any additions to initial system sales are documented and submitted for contract addendum

  • Document and maintain compliance according to HIPPA and Protecting Customer Information; escalate to internal leadership if they feel unethical situations arise

  • Seek ways to retain customers, problems solve, and sell products to drive Customer Loyalty

  • Promote CSS and all departments within to our customer base, understanding we are a united business

  • Work cross functionally with departments to best support customers

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support office operations and sales growth.

Preferred

  • Must have ability and motivation to learn quickly, multi-task and take initiative to perform work accurately and effectively.

  • Strong team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.

  • Must have a positive, customer-focused outlook and have a strong learning orientation.

  • High School Education or equivalent is required
