Acts as strategic interface between IT and Business Partners to stimulate, surface and shapedemand. Serves as an advisor to business partners to shape their strategywith regard toIdentity Governance and Administration andeducate partners about IT processes, roles, products and capabilities. Develops methodologies andstrategies using a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitateanalysis and communication between business and IT.Key Activities:Act as the technology advisor and thought leader to Identity Security business partnersConducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiativesWorks closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutionsDefines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgetsWorks with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specsValidates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery processOversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are metLeads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activitiesProvide guidance to team membersCreates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracyBuild relationships and provide technology guidance to assigned Business Unit or FunctionLeads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiativesFunctional SkillsExperience with implementing an IGA programAbility to simplify and standardize complex concepts / processesApplication domain knowledgeBusiness acumenBusiness process management and modelingConsultative problem solvingStakeholder relationship managementStrong oral and written communicationsRequirements definition and managementSDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum developmentUnderstanding of future / emerging technologiesTechnical SkillsA functional knowledge of systems/capabilities like SailPoint/SaviyntProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or otherrequirements management toolsKnowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environmentsBasic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business prioritiesBehavioral SkillsLeadership -- Effectively leads teams and peopleAbility to influenceAbility to executeAbility to prioritize and make trade-off decisionsAdaptability / ability to manage changeCreative thinkingEntrepreneurshipInterpersonal skillsProblem solving / analytical thinkingInfluencing skillsDetail orientedTeamwork and collaborationEducation/ExperienceUndergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, orGraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.Solid knowl
