Drives profitable growth through ownership of the product and marketing roadmap for the business unit. Manages all aspects of assigned product lines and the order/sales forecast associated with them. Executes business plans and strategic marketing plans and programs. Manages all aspects of job using Pareto principle (80/20) methodology. Collects, interprets, and evaluates internal and external marketing information to assist in establishing objectives, selecting courses of action, and appraising and improving the effectiveness of marketing policies, programs, and performance. Provides product support to Customer Service, Marketing and Sales, assisting their efforts to enter new markets.
Manages the product life cycle from new product introduction through product maturation continuously seeking opportunities for Revenue and Margin improvement. Lead product simplification and margin improvement strategies.
Develops and implement strategies and tactics to create and drive high value complete products and solutions into the market at maximum profit and sales. Prepares and coaches sales team on product application information, product initiatives, and customer value propositions. Serves as a resource and partner with Sales during negotiations.

Manage product categories and order/sales forecasts associated with them.
Manage all aspects of job using Pareto principle (80/20) methodology and assist in driving the organizational culture and procedures to support it.
Acquires and maintains a high degree of knowledge in each aspect of the business: financial, commercial and technical.
Assists in the development and implementation of annual business and marketing plans.
Formulates and establishes marketing and sales plan for programs, products, pricing policies, advertising and product promotion programs.
Acquires and develops an understanding of, and becomes familiar with, specific markets and industries which could become major users of assigned products.
Ensures the identification, analysis and recommendation of new product categories with growth potential not currently marketed by the company.
Continually evaluates competitive conditions, technical advances, and market potentials, recommending design changes to existing products.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred; new product development experience, from inception to product introduction and full product lifecycle management preferred.
Experience with Climate products is preferred.
Financial acumen to analyze financial results and new market opportunities preferred.
Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Power Point are required.
Strong team/project management, communications, and presentation skills.
Travel: Less than 25%
