General Purpose of Job
As a Senior Capital Markets Analyst, you will be responsible from analyzing and executing programs and transactions that are designed to strengthen the capital and liquidity structure of the entire Company.
- Support and lead capital market transactions that are designed to optimize the Company’s liquidity and capital structure profile through:
a. Economic analysis and transaction due diligence
b. Front line interaction with banks and internal Company stakeholders
c. Preparation of exhibits and presentation slides
d. Transaction execution and implementation
Research, analyze, recommend, lead and implement solutions to complex problems in liquidity
Conduct enterprise wide liquidity stress test to assess cash flows and liquidity needs
Own execution of corporate finance actions such as share buybacks and interest expense payments
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for timely execution of ad hoc projects within budget
Coordinate and lead delivery of information and surveys to regulators, auditors, rating agencies and public investors
Monitor and ensure compliance with the Company’s liquidity policies and credit facilities
Provide ongoing support for the business units and our various other partners, as needed
Drive innovation-related initiatives, including workflow automation to improve functional effectiveness and efficiencies
Additional Position Responsibilities

- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required
4+ years of relevant treasury experience, knowledge, and skill in corporate finance
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactiveness to take on extra responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Significant experience in Excel and Power Point
Progress towards CFA, CPA, MBA or master’s degree is preferred
Big 4 experience is highly desired
Life Insurance industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of derivative instruments is a plus
Prior experience with Bloomberg Terminal is a plus #LI-DS
