TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking aSupply Chain Quality Administratorfor one of our clients inFort Wayne, IN.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative assistance, clerical and data entry activities.

  • These activities include accuracy review and processing of paperwork, obtaining necessary approvals, report preparation, and production of technical material layouts.

  • Exhibit proficient use of business software applications.

  • Know and utilize related processes and procedures.

  • Utilize interpersonal communication skills to interface with a wide variety of individuals from both inside and outside of the facility. Work from written or verbal instructions in an independent manner.

  • Maintain necessary records, resource information and documentation files.

Skills Required:

  • Technical aptitude Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills ERP/MRP Proficiency Spreadsheet and data processing proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Skills Preferred:

  • Expediting and tracking orders with suppliers Return to vendor (RTV) part processing.

Experience Required:

  • Quality Systems/Supplier Quality oversight experience Shipping/Receiving process experience Inventory management experience.

Education Required:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field.
