Job Description:

Provide Windows server and desktop system administration, configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting for secure program areas. RMF duties to include upgrading OS, applying patches, and updating security tools. Perform other IT duties as required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, servers and applications

  • In cooperation with security maintain high RMF standards

  • Install/integrate complex software and hardware as required to support the DoD programs

  • Provide 1st level support for L3Harris approved Devops and CAE applications

  • Ability to move 30 points


  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 2 years prior experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA Security+, CISSP or any DoD 8570 IAT level I or higher approved certification

  • Experience supporting RedHat, Centos or ubuntu Linux versions

  • Experience with the Risk Management Framework process under DAAPM

  • Experience managing a Microsoft 2008R2 or higher enterprise level domain

  • Microsoft Windows MCSA, MCSE, MCP for Server 2012,2016, Windows 7 and or Windows 10

  • Experience with VMWare technologies

  • Experience with Commvault Enterprise backup software

  • Able to effectively communicate to the DoD engineering/program community
