As a Training Consultant, you will act as a resource to aligned internal business partners and stakeholders by consulting on, developing, and implementing more complex training programs to ensure organizational readiness. You will also be responsible for comprehensive curriculum development including the design, development, coordination and delivery of projects and training that support the goals and strategic development efforts of Retirement Plan Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Conducts training and ongoing training evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends more complex training modifications as necessary.
Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Develops and conducts more complex training needs assessments and determines training requirements for new program development.
Develops more complex training materials, procedures, manuals and/or visual aids to meet objectives of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Develops, implements and evaluates more complex training plans and programs for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility to meet departmental training objectives.
Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Manages, conducts and/or participates in training projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
May serve as a mentor and share knowledge with junior and peer team members.
Proactively collaborates and communicates with internal/external stakeholders to address training gaps to support organizational performance.
Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Serves as a trusted training resource and ensures training materials, procedures plans and/or programs reflect business needs and support organizational readiness.
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)_Minimum Required in Business or Finance
- FINRA S6 within 90 days of hire
- 3 - 5+ Years experience in training that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position

Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
