Study Technician - Dose Formulations

Do you enjoying following a recipe to mix solutions? If so, you could be a Study Technician in our Dose Formulations department.

The Study Technician is a true laboratory position where you collect and document study data step by step. You will perform study calculations and specific techniques for test material formulation. In addition you will:

  • Prepare laboratory reagents, vehicles, diets, solution/suspensions, and capsules

  • Perform study calculations and specific techniques for test material formulation

  • Aids with study set up and management, data organization

This position is based in Greenfield, IN. Fantastic work environment, starting pay rate $14.50 for candidates without direct experience.

Education/Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Study Technicians are the most successful at Covance with:

  • Bachelor degree in life sciences (with laboratory experience – academic is great)

  • Associate degree in laboratory animal technology, veterinary technology or histology with at least two years of related experience

  • A motivated, hardworking and positive work ethic, and a passion for research

  • Willingness to work rotating weekends, holidays and overtime with supplementary compensation
