Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.
Additional Job Duties
Provide monthly financial results to leaders and perform variance analysis.
Work with management to prepare the budget for the following year.
Complete a quarterly financial forecast.
Assist with any financial requests from management.
Addresses problems directly and implements objectives effectively. Produces on time, high-quality work deliverables. Applies basic project management principles, and applies logical, consistent and organized standard of work practices.
Analyzes problems and opportunities as they arise. Takes into account all fact-based and stakeholder information available in order to evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations. Asks appropriate follow up quest ions to determine the root cause of the problem.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
•Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
