About The Team

This role is on the Recruiting M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team and provides support for Salesforce acquisitions. The Analyst, Recruiting M&A will bring broad Recruiting operations and systems expertise to support our deal and integration leads with overall success of specific integration activities.

The Recruiting M&A team focuses specifically on one or more areas such as: Recruiting data management, Recruiting organization design, job mapping, employment packages, employee onboarding & enablement, integration communications, reporting, and project management.

The role works with a team of Employee Success (ES) functional specialists and diverse partners to complete integration milestones and activities, with the focus on delivering an engaging and inspiring acquired employee experience that helps achieve acquisition objectives.

Job Description

As an Analyst for the M&A Recruiting team, you will serve as a key partner to help facilitate and execute operational and system milestones on our talent roadmap. The Analyst will work closely with the Integration Managers to understand the operational needs of newly acquired organizations and execute strategies to address them.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a virtual and extended ES team to ensure integration plans are delivered consistently across the globe, in compliance with local processes and policies

  • Engage effectively with cross-functional teams (such as Compensation, Recruiting Programs, and ES) to identify, escalate and resolve key risks and issues

  • Partner with the ES team to support acquired new hire data migration, ATS data migration, and integration communications

  • Contribute to and own process improvement and systems projects. Partner with ES & cross-functional teams in updating and evolving our ES M&A playbook

  • Track record of achieving results in ambiguous situations and performing well under pressure

  • Proven discretion in managing highly confidential information, including sensitive employee demographic and compensation data

  • Master of managing multiple, rapidly-changing priorities

  • Effective working in highly matrixed organizations and in a rapidly changing work environment

  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to contribute to a positive work culture

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Recruiting operations, systems or data management

  • Skilled in standard spreadsheet, presentation and collaboration tools, including Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Quip, and Smartsheet

  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and organization skills

  • Self-directed, detailed oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes

  • A creative and learner mindset who approaches each interaction with an open mind

  • Deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting System
