General Electric Associate Consultant in Indianapolis, Indiana
Participates in operational and strategic planning studies including market share analyses, medical staff development plans, bed and physician need analyses, facility planning, and service line business plans, among others. Analysts are responsible for helping to define the design and layout
of each analysis, interfacing with the client to ensure data accuracy and quality, performing market research and data analysis.
Provide analysis of operational metrics - define, refine, and/or report on key operational metrics
Review and analyze data, identifying trends, providing insights, and recommending interventions
Provide analysis and research support to management team
Assist team members in developing reports to analyze experience and develop strategies, utilizing
available business tools or designing new reports
Communicate with client to ensure data accuracy and quality, and to share insights drawn from
Perform other duties as assigned
Design and build dashboards to provide visibility to current state and track impact of implemented
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to draw insights from large data sets and communicate those insights clearly to internal and client stakeholders.
Demonstrate ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and be a self-starter. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with database management system
