Client Support Representative, Consultant

What does a great Client Support Representative, Consultant do?

The Client Support Representative is an integral part of our client relationships with Fiserv. The overall client satisfaction of assigned clients leads to retention, future revenue and growth for our company. We are the client’s voice within Fiserv and manage day to day interactions with the client, as well as internal production and technology teams to build and maintain programs and plans that support the strategic objectives of the client!

We support large national organizations in the Healthcare space; responding to client inquires and research of issues relating to production, quality, delivery schedules, and production specifications. This position is responsible for client billing and reporting. We search and provide information pertaining inquiries received via phone, email, or incident tickets and diagnose, resolve, and communicate resolutions to client and/or other departments. Deliver consistent excellent customer service over the phone and in written communications. Effectively navigate systems, procedures, and other resources to answer to customer inquiries. Diagnosing customer disputes and identifying the most effective solutions to the satisfaction of the company, and the client. Make recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends or other recurring issues. Manage implementation of solutions and lead business review meetings. Provide flexible assistance through cross-training and support to meet and surpass performance, customer satisfaction, and service level goals and providing follow up as needed on customer inquiries to ensure resolution satisfies customers and meets all internal expectations

Establish positive relationships with key client personnel by encouraging open communication, understanding their internal structure and providing regular feed back as needed. Providing support and satisfaction to clients at a professional level with a high level of autonomy, answering questions, and resolves client issues for products and services while providing outstanding support to our clients. Continue to maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients. In a accurate and timely manner process numerous transactions to send and receive information to ensuring the completion of assigned work and formulate periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status as needed.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years customer service

  • 4+ years Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPT) or equivalent education

  • Experience supporting large key accounts required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred, including Microsoft Access

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Requires excellent ability to undertake several duties, organize and maintain and even handed approach with clients and internal contacts, while working with constantly evolving tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Solid problem solving skills and can display innovation, research, investigation and analysis
