Mercury Z COE Technician (DWDM) in Indianapolis, Indiana

We are looking for Central Office Technicians to install, turn up, and test DWDM equipment.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Install, turn up, troubleshoot, and test DWDM equipment including but not limited to Ciena, Fujitsu, Alcatel-Lucent, and Infinera
Commission equipment by testing and validating functionality
Perform long term, load, stress, and performance characterization testing
Perform power verification and power up of equipment
Locate, troubleshoot, and clear faults
Deliver test reports and analysis documents
Maintain job records
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of DWDM technology including Ciena, Fujitsu, Alcatel-Lucent, and Infinera equipment
Experience installing DWDM equipment in the central office
Strong understanding of industry test standards, protocols, and methods
Working knowledge of testing and troubleshooting techniques
Familiar with Telcordia Standard GR-1275
Familiar with ATT-TP-76300
5+ years of experience in this type of role
Ability to learn new equipment
Ability and willingness to travel nationwide across client?s footprint
