Lilly Consultant-IT-Sales Process Architect in Indianapolis, Indiana
As the IT Process Architect, you will drive project execution for IT enabling solution for Lilly USA across business units.
As a member of the Lilly USA Sales Operations team you will play a key role to work closely with innovative technology to solve some of the greatest challenges in the pharmaceutical industry across all business units (Bio-Medicines, Diabetes, Oncology, and MHS). You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems with brilliant people from each business unit and the training organization. Through collaboration you will develop a deep understanding of the business processes, define opportunities where IT can enable the business to deliver on a diverse portfolio of projects, and execute on key strategic initiatives to drive business priorities.
Partner with Business Operations and Training teams
Drive process maps for “A Day/Month/Year in the Life of a Sales Rep”.
Develop expertise and knowledge of US data, processes, and platforms.
Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Perform external benchmarking to keep pace with landscape changes both internally and externally
Lead and author business case development and requirements gathering.
Deliver successful IT projects by contributing to: local integration, acceptance testing coordination, deployment planning, training planning, lessons learned
Positive relationship skills and influence with business partners inside business unit context
Ability to influence without authority, challenge the status quo and take ownership of issues
Proven communication skills (verbal and written)
Good ability to drive peers and above to timely decisions
A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, and innovation interest
Six sigma experience
In depth knowledge of leading edge technology and their application to the enterprise
Strong self-management and ability to work through ambiguity in a global, virtual organization and matrix organization.
US Market Healthcare environment knowledge

IT Process Architect
4+ years experience in IT or related fields
