We are looking for a future candidate (roughly November '20) for a Customer Marketer hire who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for customer implementation, retention, growth and customer advocacy. They will develop and implement launch and campaign plans, customer journeys and set and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure high ROMI. The individual will be responsible for collaborating/influencing leads to execute the requirements and measure results.
This position is based in either Lafayette, IN or Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities and Duties
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to define communication objectives and develop/execute communications and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels
Execute multi-channel customer cross-sell and upsell programs that meet business growth and revenue goals
Support the marketing needs of the customer success team across all regions.
Communicate campaign updates and upcoming programs with the existing customer base
Execute and manage customer engagement and communication programs
Manage customer events and user groups by developing communications, sourcing speakers, contributing to the agenda, and sourcing promotions?
Manage and execute the customer communications calendar
Manage and expand adoption of customer reference program, tracking the level of engagement each customer participant is willing to engage in (speaking, testimonials, case studies, peer-to-peer reference calls, awards)
Source and manage the creation of voice-of-customer content, such as case studies and testimonials?
Drive process for generating customer reviews on various online review sites
Develop and support implementation campaigns to provide customers a great onboarding experience including: welcome email, goody bags, NPS survey implementation etc.
Recommend new approaches for customer communication, including new messaging, new tactics, or strategic changes to delivery methods
Develop and support campaigns for generating upsell opportunities in the customer base.
Qualifications and Skills?
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or the equivalent
3+ years of customer marketing experience, specifically related to handling end-to-end development and execution of cross sell and upsell campaigns?
Excellent project and calendar management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organization and time management skills
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
