If you answered yes, Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for you to join our Indianapolis corporate Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be an analytical decision maker who develops cross functional relationships while helping management solve complex customer requests.
Analyze account activity utilizing SAP, Excel and Microsoft BI
Make account decisions that drive growth and ease of doing business
Consult management on account trends and activity
Build ad hoc reports to support order management
Utilize CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on-time customer fines
Use account knowledge to positively represent Delta Faucet Company during customer inquiries and complaint resolution
Participate in account long and short-term business planning
Effectively communicate with customers, agencies, sales and other departments throughout Delta Faucet
Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university and should have at least two years of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products is preferred. Incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks and make business decisions.
