Position Summary: Digital Content Systems Manager - Adobe Experience Manager
How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a Digital Content Systems Manager - Adobe Experience Manager content author to join our digital experience team and be responsible for authoring all content on our global sites. Strong knowledge and understanding of AEM is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to project management and execution. You will be responsible for selecting templates, components, and modules required to build site pages within AEM for three sites, and publishing and rolling out those pages to applicable nodes. You will also add images, video, SEO metadata, and tagging. Content authoring will be done in adherence to brand guidelines and stakeholder input from regional and global teams.
As Digital Content Systems Manager - Adobe Experience Manager content author, you will serve on a cross-functional team with digital strategists and a development team to fulfill business requirements and accomplish marketing and communication objectives on a regular cadence.
Remotely based in any major city with a preference in the Eastern Time Zone.
What will you do?
Directly collaborate as a part of the Marketing team to maximize web/digital content delivery, engagement, outcomes, and end-user experiences.
Oversee the daily management, monitoring, and maintenance of the websites, including but not limited to:
Managing all assets.
Creating experience fragments.
Conducting periodic content audits to ensure the sites are updated with the most relevant and timely content for our audiences.
Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
Collaborate with all team members (designers, editors, marketing, sales) to ensure appropriate website content aligns to the overall strategy.
Keep up with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.
Develop workflow and processes.
Train and provide documentation/requirements for regional authors.
How will you get here?
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required.
Minimum 4 years' experience with online content production using AEM.
Strong knowledge of authoring pages in AEM v6.0 or higher.
Enterprise site level authoring experience with comfortability working on a large framework.
Experience with personalization using Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for image formatting and editing.
Ability to troubleshoot all front-end functionality issues.
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally.
Editing and proofreading.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations.
Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and work independently.
