The online pathway (Direct to Consumer) is growing. It is important to develop ways to nurture our leads through email and mail campaigns designed to drive web and phone conversions. The Digital Marketing Analyst will manage the email and mail campaigns as well as building relationships with lead aggregators. The vendor partnerships are key towards our lead volumes for the call center and innovation opportunities. This role requires constantly developing new ideas and ways to increase efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manageall Email Marketing efforts - responsiblefor development of new email campaigns, responsiblefor tracking and reporting, responsiblefor testing, responsiblefor sending emails daily, understandingof Salesforce Email Marketing platform, workacross UHC teams to implement campaigns, workacross UHC teams for continuity with all company email sends and maintainknowledge of legal and compliance guidelines

  • Manageall Direct Mail efforts - responsiblefor development of new mailing campaigns, responsiblefor tracking and reporting, responsiblefor testing, responsiblefor sending timing of mailings, workacross UHC teams to implement campaigns, workclosely with UHC and vendors to meet deadlines and maintainknowledge of legal and compliance guidelines

  • Manageall Lead Aggregator partnerships - responsiblefor vetting new partnership opportunities, workwith Procurement and Vendor Management teams to onboard lead vendors, reviewand update MSA and SOW documents for partnerships, driveweekly calls and build good relationships, optimizeperformance to meet target metrics, overseeperformance of web and phone leads, partnerwith workforce management to hit necessary volume levels and maintainknowledge of legal and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience

  • Previous experience with Salesforce email marketing platform

  • Previous experience managing external vendor relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Healthcare experience

Soft Skills:

  • Must be a self-starter and work well under pressure

  • Must be able to prioritize workload effectively
