Responsibilities

  • Create and scale audience acquisition, attendee communications, and digital strategy plans for virtual experiences of different sizes and audiences types

  • Lead analysis of marketing campaign performance, web, and digital assets, as well as a reporting framework for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and goal attainment supported by Marketing Analytics

  • Identify opportunities and execute tests for optimization across all owned functions

  • Turn data into marketing intelligence, and help past performance lead to pipe-generating future plans

  • Partner across Marketing org to champion audience transition to follow-up activities in ways that increase sales pipeline

  • Communicate with the senior leadership team on program execution, results, and impact

  • Champion alignment and collaboration with international counterparts

  • Establish and champion clear processes for efficient workflow

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on audience acquisition and demand generation

  • Media subscription experience required

  • Must be data-driven and results-oriented

  • Must quickly grasp company messaging and branding

  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration

  • Familiarity working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must

  • Very strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Able to effectively prioritize work and balance stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of web analytics metrics that impact business goals

  • Experience managing and growing teams

  • Ability to generate and analyze Excel data projection models

  • Curious learner with a growth mindset

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products, customers, and the ecosystem
