Create and scale audience acquisition, attendee communications, and digital strategy plans for virtual experiences of different sizes and audiences types
Lead analysis of marketing campaign performance, web, and digital assets, as well as a reporting framework for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results and goal attainment supported by Marketing Analytics
Identify opportunities and execute tests for optimization across all owned functions
Turn data into marketing intelligence, and help past performance lead to pipe-generating future plans
Partner across Marketing org to champion audience transition to follow-up activities in ways that increase sales pipeline
Communicate with the senior leadership team on program execution, results, and impact
Champion alignment and collaboration with international counterparts
Establish and champion clear processes for efficient workflow
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors or Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on audience acquisition and demand generation
Media subscription experience required
Must be data-driven and results-oriented
Must quickly grasp company messaging and branding
Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must
Very strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Able to effectively prioritize work and balance stakeholders
Working knowledge of web analytics metrics that impact business goals
Experience managing and growing teams
Ability to generate and analyze Excel data projection models
Curious learner with a growth mindset
Knowledge of Salesforce products, customers, and the ecosystem
