We're seeking an innovative Product Manager with a strong background in multifactor authentication (MFA) & customer engagement to help us build market leading MFA products and drive IAM service adoption. You'll work closely with our customers to deeply understand their use cases and challenges, make recommendations based on your industry and product experience, and partner with Engineering to build new capabilities & resources to secure Salesforces products and improve the adoption experience.

This role calls for a strong, proactive leader capable of delivering as a team. Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record for driving product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery, operationalization, and broad scale adoption by internal and external stakeholders.   • Manage the design, development, integration, and release of customer facing multifactor authentication services used by all Salesforce clouds and products. Ensure ongoing reliability, performance, and scalability.

  • Engage customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives, as well as provide recommendations based on your industry and product experience.

  • Manage the product roadmap. Make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long-term. Build trust with stakeholders through transparency and collaboration.

  • Manage and drive the adoption of our entire IAM shared services suite throughout Salesforce and our customer base.

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with our Adoption Program teams to promote your products both internally and externally as well as ensure a cohesive message.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Program Management, and Engineer peers to help strengthen and improve our services based on customer feedback and challenges.

  • Work with Engineering to manage the release process and tightly integrate and balance functionality and feasibility, and manage implementation timelines with a keen understanding of the underlying architecture.

  • Work with Engineering, Adoption, & Documentation teams to build processes, standards, tooling, and documentation to help reduce friction & accelerate adoption.

  • Monitor success and improvements through CES, NPS, and CSAT surveying and analysis.

  • Define expectations for partner teams and hold them accountable to success and failures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of identity and access management experience, 3+ years of IAM adoption and integration experience, and 3+ years of software product management or equivalent experience.

  • Strong understanding of IAM protocols: WebAuthn/SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect, and secure-by-design principles.

  • Experience identifying and addressing customer needs, building relationships with customers, developing an awareness of relevant services, communicating with customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, and resolving potential conflicts.

  • Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering and operational teams and make technology related product decisions.

  • Experience managing and integrating with shared services.

  • Strong user experience and design sense.

  • Exceptional critical thinking & analytical skills and the ability to make informed & fast decisions related to product feature design and direction. Demonstrated experience of 'owning' the decision/solution.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Cloud computing experience. An ideal candidate will also have experience working with Salesforce Identity, Heroku, Lightning Development, and other Salesforce technologies.

  • Scrum and agile development experience.
