Aerotek Electrical Customer Service Technician - $16/HR in Indianapolis, Indiana

Description:

This Technician will be working on products that customers send back for their annual re-certification or if they need specific repair. They will be troubleshooting and testing the equipment. They will repair and calibrate the products, as well as upgrade and program the products. Most of the products are for HVAC industry like electric meters and analyzers that measures gasses and pressure in HVAC units. 50% of the time they will be answering trouble shooting calls from the field including people from Retail facilities asking technical and non technical questions. They will also get calls from End Users in the field.

  • 1-2 years experience as service tech soldering electrical components

  • Basic computer competency (data entry)

Nice to Haves:

  • HVAC background

  • Inventory control
