JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the implementation and find solutions for the Company's new maintenance technology projects initiative. Implement new technology such as facial recognition and embedded systems that can be implemented in the Company's Aviation business operations. Specific duties include: develop schedules for new maintenance technology projects that effectively allocate the Company's resources to its business activities; monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion of the projects; review project schedules with the Company's senior management and other pertinent stakeholders; and revise schedules as required. Manage and implement next level technology upgrades within the Company's business operations, including facial recognition, virtual reality, 3D imaging, and radio-frequency identification (RFID). Evaluate new systems with technical and functional expertise. Work on proof of concept, scenario builder tool for quality testing, reviewing server architecture, and product format specification documents for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) provider to analyze new features in ERP system. Analyze system usage and performance to determine when system is updated and taken down for maintenance. Consolidate data from various sources and create clear, concise, consolidated, meaningful reports for the Company's management; and establish and manage maintenance performance metrics and dashboards. Work on master data collection file, collect legacy data, understand and validate the functional logic. Provide training to internal users on the Company's ERP programs such as Ramco Aviation ERP Suite. Manage a ERP vendor team that performs duties to maintain the Company's ERP and for new maintenance technology projects; experience in working on Ramco Aviation ERP system, oversee outside contractors such as Ramco ERP system consultants, programmers and engineers; and monitor ERP functionalities that are built by the vendor that suits the business operation. Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support the Company's business decisions, while fostering the Company's core values and culture throughout the work environment.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Master's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field

  2. Four (4) years of implementation experience in Ramco Aviation suite.

  3. Experience must also include:

· Hands-on Spec 2k integration implementation experience with any airline operator.

· Implementing mobile applications for mechanics’ technical documentation, digital signature, and material warehousing.

· Flight tracking system integration with Maintenance and Evaluation (M&E) software.

· Documenting use cases and user needs and translating them to software development and prototyping for functional wire frames.

· Collecting functional legacy data from ERP.

· Discussing functional solutions for new screen development with business users.

· Identifying software gaps and providing accurate estimates to develop the new requirement.
