Humana Experience, Strategy & Transformation Lead in Indianapolis, Indiana


The Experience Strategy & Transformation Lead enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that will positively impact our customers. The Experience Strategy & Transformation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.


The Experience, Strategy & Transformation Lead responsibilities can include:

  • Optimize the effectiveness of our product launch and management through agile and lean delivery.

  • As a custodian of the product process, will adopt best practices to improve key launch and management processes, work flows, and ensure iterative and efficient product delivery.

  • Develop change management strategies, design and implement product development programs, and ensure all product efforts are tied to measurable outcomes, our enterprise test and learn framework, and managed according to leading/lagging indicators.


  • Background in design thinking, agile and lean methodology

  • Experience with traditional product development processes (e.g. Stage Gate methodology)

  • Extensive experience in program planning, identifying value streams, feature prioritization, backlog refinement and managing scope creep

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams end-to-end process oversight

  • 5+ years of Product Process Management Experience

  • 3+ years of Healthcare Experience

  • 3+ years of Agile Development and Delivery Experience

  • Preferably, 3+ years of Insured Commercial/Employer Plan Experience
