We are responsible for delivering financial predictability and control, business accountability and insight to optimize decisions and shareholder success. We are looking for bright, goal oriented individuals that will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in building and improving process that will allow the company to scale with growth.This role will be responsible for partnering with our IT Organization and its senior management to build annual budgets, manage quarterly forecasts, and provide decision support through financial analyses to ensure optimal returns on strategic investments. You will partner IT project managers to ensure accurate forecasting while providing meaningful performance updates and business insights. This role will also help maintain the IT Projects financial platform and drive operational improvements. Successful candidates for this team have strong financial and analytical skills, excel at extracting insights from data and converting ideas into action. They have exceptional partnership and communication skills, are able to manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity effectively. Additionally, this individual is expected to be an integral player in important cross-functional, organization wide initiatives and projects.Responsibilities:
Support annual and quarterly planning process and target setting across IT Project Managers.
Collaborate across IT Project Managers to ensure accurate forecasting for projects across the organization. Provide monthly variance analysis.
Build flexible and dynamic project-based reporting to allow for maximum visibility to both short and long term strategic investment decisions.
Understand data and processes necessary for financial management in order drive operational efficiency and additional reporting capabilities. Key initiatives include developing insightful headcount reporting and analytics, internal time tracking and project financial management process improvements.
Participate in cross functional projects across Finance and Strategy organization to improve reporting infrastructure and planning methods
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, accounting or economics
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Experience supporting major functional areas with an organization, with subject matter expertise in accounting, financial analysis, headcount/resource management and business metric reporting
Works well in team environment with continuously changing requirements and competing priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, business stakeholders, and technical communities
Strong financial and operational planning skills
Experience working with large datasets. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Analytical, problem-solving, advanced business acumen mindset
Track Record in process re-engineering and optimization
Experience with financial systems- Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects, SQL, Salesforce is a plus
Prior work experience in the high-tech industry
Experience working with IT as a project manager or providing financial support
