GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Program Support Analyst role within the Residential finance organization in Indianapolis, IN. This position will be tasked with working cross functionally with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide comprehensive support to Sales programs. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of accrual accounting, the ability to handle contending priorities and possess natural curiosity and self-motivation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with National Account Managers in analyzing data and processing rebate payments for National Account customers within all verticals.

  • Understand and calculate rebate payments and reporting frequency of each program/customer according to language contained in individual contracts.

  • Provide detailed monthly accrual reporting.

  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and ah-hoc reporting as requested by Sales Managers, NAM’s, RSM’s, Finance, Distributors.

  • Support account creation and vendor maintenance process for new customers.

  • Update tracking and reporting files when new customers are added or changes are made to existing contracts.

  • Track annual National Account event costs and help support monthly cost center forecast process.

  • Support National Account Managers to build new programs and ensure ability to admin.

  • Support Residential Carrier Excellence objectives including but not limited to maintaining standard work and supporting the report and remedy of turnbacks.

  • Creation of Powerpoint slides for key cross functional reviews.

  • Provide Ad-Hoc program support to Finance management as needed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience

  • Accounting degree preferred

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sound understanding of Carrier brands and two step distribution.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with SAP, Advanced Excel skills, strong MS Office skills.

  • Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Self-motivated and curious – passion to learn and teach others.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarize key takeaways.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and challenging priorities regularly.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently when necessary with exceptional follow up skills.

  • Ability to understand, handle and analyze large quantities of data.

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while responding to multiple requests daily.
