Heat Transfer Engineer
Essential Job Functions:
QuEST is seeking conscientious, responsible, and knowledgeable individuals to immediately join our expanding engineering organization in our Indianapolis Center. This role will face the customer for specific projects defined by QuEST and the customer, be responsible for working within a delivery team and working across organizational boundaries to deliver on-time, quality results and establish and maintain technical credibility and strong relationships with customer’s specialists.
Knowledge and oversight includes but is not limited to the following service areas: data, document and records management, understanding of regulatory export control and security, customer service and support with flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
Additional activities include packaging and exporting documents, database administration, project administration, data analysis and computation, technical/administrative work as appropriate to fulfill customer requirements.

Small Project Management: Execution and Support
Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant administrative experience desired.
Proficiency of the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) with good writing skills.
Basic understanding of SharePoint.
Knowledge of Teamcenter Document Management a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced, learning environment to meet quick deadlines.
Ability to learn new software is required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Substantial amount of computer work.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch/ 40 hour weeks/ core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations, if required.
Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
