Job Description
Purpose:

As the Information Security Analyst, you will work closely with the Enterprise Information Security Manager to maintain and improve a growing security program. This position will work with multi-functional teams to implement technologies and build strategies to address a constantly evolving threat landscape. This role will execute established security procedures and engage with enterprise stakeholders to ensure security policies are being followed.
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities you will have in the role include:
Manage the Company’s external and internal vulnerability management program; including quickly resolving identified vulnerabilities
Inventory and manage third-party information security vendors; including performing periodic evaluations to validate alignment to contractual obligations
Maintain the enterprise security software inventory
Research, recommend, and implement security configuration standards for cloud services (e.g., AWS and Azure)
Actively support critical security processes and disciplines such as security governance, vulnerability scanning, and incident response
Maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response plans; including leading periodic tabletop simulations to increase organizational preparedness
Assist with investigations for information security events and incidents
Cross collaborate on IS initiatives to accomplish security objectives
Collaborate with web development teams to increase web application security; including recommending best practice secure coding practices and coordinating periodic security reviews
Stay up-to-date on current technology and security trends and standards
Find opportunities in security processes to introduce or expand automation and improve efficiency
Perform proactive threat hunting to identify new or potential information security threats
Engage with internal, parent company (Masco), and external audit and compliance teams around security controls
Manage and coach annual Information Security intern
Education & Experience:
You will need to possess the following qualifications:
Knowledge of security concepts and frameworks
Pursue information security certifications such as the CISSP
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight from your manager
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with other areas of IT and the business
