The foundation of our senior living communities is based on the knowledge that well be part of your neighborhood for many, many years.Summary:Provides end-user consulting, system design, project management (both small and large scale), and resolution of complex network and computing issues.What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?Design and implement software and hardware solutions.Resolve end user computing and networking issues utilizing complex toolsets.Project manages software, hardware and other system level implementations and updates.Ensure that end user systems comply with appropriate security standards, participates in defining the standards with the Chief Security Officer (CSO)Consult with end users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.Place orders for equipment needed for small and large projects.Ensure that networks are operating optimally and that issues are resolved with internal and external vendor resources as required.Requirements:High School Diploma required, 4 year technical degree preferred.Six months to one year of computer hardware and software support experienceMust have networking hardware knowledge, good phone manners and the ability to explain complex IT solutions to non-technical end-users.Ability to handle multiple projects while exercising discretion over your work day to focus on immediate urgent needs while continuing to move all projects forward.Must be detailed-oriented about work performed.Ability to work with little to no supervision.Ability to use standard Microsoft Office software, general office equipment/hardware and other systems as required.We are Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran and other protected categories.Equal Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
