Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Master Data Analyst creates and maintains master data elements for assigned ERP module in Supply Chain in accordance with guidelines and internal controls. Provide exceptional customer service.


  • Assists in management of data elements for specified ERP modules including data setup, maintenance and approval.

  • Maintains categorization hierarchies and reference tables.

  • Understands and applies master data, source to contract, and procure to pay processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards.

  • Assists in providing customer service support for process owners, health ministries and their associates, answering questions and resolving issues or errors.

  • Understand and apply Master Data Management processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience:

  • One year of related experience preferred.

  • Experience working with PeopleSoft and/or Service Now preferred.

  • Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role preferred.
