As a Junior Software Engineer you’ll team up with multiple levels of IT associates all the way to management. You’ll perform application analysis, design, development, unit testing and implementation activities. You’ll also provide feedback and input to others on topics of architecture, design, code quality, and business solutions.

Here’s what we want to see from you:

  • Recent bachelor’s or associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related majors targeting May and December graduates.

  • Coursework or experience developing applications in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, .NET

  • Passionate about software development and delivering high quality applications

  • Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, creative/innovative thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.

  • Must be proactive, take initiative, work well independently, yet function as an integral part of a team.

  • Must show positive attitude, strong self-motivation, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to determine appropriate sense of urgency.

  • Have flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow your software engineering skills

This position will be located in our Indianapolis office.

This position requires extensive training and testing in the full range of Microsoft technologies and cloud development.
